lyrics

Independence is never a commodity.
Everything still has it's price it seems.
You never show your hand not even when you fold.
When the money is gone your tell is told.

For all the life you seek,is just,
Simple glimpses of stories that you've told.

I never intended to question your integrity.
Whose to blame when things aren't always what they seem.
You never show your hand not even when you fold.
When the money is gone your tell is told.

For all the life you seek, is just,
Simple glimpses of stories that you've sold,

And it seems son, that you have none,
Living what you'd call fun,
For cash money, silver and gold.
And it seems son, you're just a smoking gun.
Ill fated in the long run,
For cash money, silver and gold.

Would you notice what you aspire to be.
Never a bright light have lit those streets.
The names and the games are the same, no matter what they say.
Evil smiles in a peculiar way.

For all the life you seek, is just,
Simple glimpses of stories that you've sold,

And it seems son, that you have none,
Living what you'd call fun,
For cash money, silver and gold.
And it seems son, you're just a smoking gun.
Ill fated in the long run,
For cash money, silver and gold.

And it seems son, that you have none,
Living what you'd call fun,
For cash money, silver and gold.
And it seems son, you're just a smoking gun.
Ill fated in the long run,
For cash money, silver and gold.

about

Disasterland Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin

Disasterland is hard to nail down to a specific genre because of it’s interesting fusion of varying influences.
The three piece band from Wisconsin incorporates bluesy-guitar riffs, silky smooth jazz-esque bass, thundering punk drums and a growling poetic vocalist melding into an almost progressive alternative rock. The dark concepts and cryptic writing leaves much to speculation.
