lyrics

Do you dig the way that they groove?
You bitch and moan till their hearts content,
They, piss and whine, oh, to no extent.

They swear they know the truth.
Yet they offer no plan to sway an eager mind, instead they sit on their hands and they bide their time.

And they wait.
Till it's too late.
Pray for a meaning but with no intent,
The empty words of the malcontent.
They say, that some day,
That the hands of tyrants they'll show no remorse,
but they set no sails nor set nor course away.

Do you believe in what they do?
They pass their problems like they're innocent,
They blame the famous and the miscreants.

They say, that some day,
That the hands of tyrants they'll show no remorse,
but they set no sails nor set nor course away.

about

Disasterland Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin

Disasterland is hard to nail down to a specific genre because of it’s interesting fusion of varying influences.
The three piece band from Wisconsin incorporates bluesy-guitar riffs, silky smooth jazz-esque bass, thundering punk drums and a growling poetic vocalist melding into an almost progressive alternative rock. The dark concepts and cryptic writing leaves much to speculation.
